Flat-Stack" Revolution

In the high-stakes world of Food & Beverage, every square inch of your back-of-house storage is prime real estate. If you are a high-volume cafe, you know the struggle: mountains of bulky, domed plastic lids taking up precious shelf space.
The IKEA of Coffee Lids
Traditional lids are designed to sit over the cup edge, requiring a flared "skirt" and a domed top. Effectively, you are paying to ship and store "trapped air." At Liplid, we applied a fundamental Swedish design principle to our packaging: Functional Minimalism. By re-engineering the lid to fit inside the cup, we eliminated the dome. The result is a perfectly flat profile that stacks with surgical precision.
The Business Math
1. 25% More Storage: You can fit roughly 25% more Liplids in the same vertical space as traditional lids. That is more inventory in less space.
2. Logistics Efficiency: Smaller boxes mean more units per pallet. This reduces the number of delivery trucks on the road and lowers your shipping costs.
3. The Carbon Win: Optimized logistics equals a smaller carbon footprint. True sustainability isn't just about what a product is made of; it’s about how efficiently it moves through the world.
